Intern - Sales Operations (SalesOps)

About the Role:
We are looking for an intern to join the Sales Operations (SalesOps) team with a focus on managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM. This person will have the opportunity to work directly with sales processes, data automation, and performance analysis, supporting the Sales team in making more strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and organization of HubSpot CRM, ensuring that data is always up to date.
- Create and optimize reports and dashboards for sales performance analysis.
- Support the automation of sales processes within HubSpot to improve team efficiency.
- Assist in data imports, cleaning, and structuring in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and data integration.
- Help identify bottlenecks in sales processes and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.
- Interest in SalesOps, CRM, and data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn HubSpot.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have (not required but a plus!):
- Previous experience with HubSpot or another CRM.
- Knowledge of process automation.
- Basic understanding of SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
