Senior Marketing Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic marketing professional to lead initiatives in Public Relations (PR), Social Media, Content, Branding, and Events. This position is ideal for someone with extensive marketing experience who thrives on creativity, analytics, and results-driven strategies, contributing to brand recognition and audience engagement while fully aligning with the company’s growth objectives. The Senior Marketing Associate will report directly to the Head of Marketing and support the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Public Relations (PR):
- Develop and execute PR strategies to boost brand awareness and reputation;
- Cultivate relationships with journalists, influencers, and PR agencies;
- Draft, edit, and manage press releases, speeches, and institutional materials.
- Social Media:
- Design and manage an editorial calendar across social platforms;
- Oversee the creation of engaging and innovative content to grow audience engagement.
- Content:
- Lead the creation of high-impact, relevant content (articles, blogs, videos, newsletters, etc.) tailored to Traive’s key audiences, including the capital markets and B2B agribusiness sectors;
- Ensure all content reflects the brand's tone of voice and core values;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external freelancers to produce unique, demand-generating content.
- Branding:
- Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints, including digital platforms and institutional materials;
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand perception and positioning;
- Oversee and manage outsourced creative teams - design and video.
- Events:
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, trade shows, product launches, and immersive experiences to drive lead generation and strengthen client relationships;
- Identify and pursue sponsorships and partnership opportunities to amplify sales and brand exposure;
- Deliver exceptional experiences for attendees, reinforcing the company’s image and values.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field;
- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on PR, Social Media, Content, Branding, and Events;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written;
- Strong project management abilities, with experience juggling multiple priorities;
- Deep understanding of market trends and digital platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Financial Markets, Capital Markets, and/or Agribusiness sectors is a big differential;
- Organization and communication are second nature to you: you love using tools like Notion, Confluence, Miro and Slack;
- Team player mindset;
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes.
