We are seeking a Legal Associate I to join our dynamic team at Traive. Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support across various departments, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to assist in decision-making processes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of legal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory agencies when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).
• 1-2 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in corporate or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with legal processes in the technology or financial sectors.
• Knowledge of international business law and contracts.
• Experience with legal management tools or platforms.
