As a Structured Finance Associate at Traive, you will play a central role in supporting the Credit, Risk and Funding Solutions team to execute our  Structured Transactions in the best manner, as well as help the team build new structures, close new deals, and expand Traive’s presence in the Capital Markets environment in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of operational demands for closed structured transactions
• Provide legal, financial, and operational support for new structured transactions
• Develop presentations, documents, and models to facilitate current and new structured transactions
• Assist in processes such as Onboarding, KYC, and contract execution
• Aid in the distribution to investors for current and new structured transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration, obtained 2 or 3 years ago
• Fundamental knowledge of Securitization/Structured Finance
• Understanding of basic Finance and Accounting principles
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel
• Intermediate proficiency in English
• Demonstrated proactivity, resilience, and a strong desire to learn

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in financial modeling or analysis
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to structured finance in Brazil
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under tight deadlines
• Previous exposure to capital markets or financial institutions
• Knowledge of risk management principles
